Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By creating an account and using Wondermenu, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. What Wondermenu provides

Wondermenu provides food businesses with a digital menu and brand page accessible via a unique public URL. We offer tools to manage your profile, menus, and food items, and to share your page with customers.

3. Your account

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your password secure.
• One account per business. You may not create accounts on behalf of others without their consent.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Your content

You own all content you upload to Wondermenu — menus, photos, business information, and descriptions. By uploading content, you grant Wondermenu a licence to display and store it for the purpose of operating your public page.

You agree not to upload content that:

• Is false, misleading, or fraudulent.
• Infringes any copyright, trademark, or other rights.
• Is offensive, harmful, or illegal.
• Contains viruses or malicious code.

5. Acceptable use

Wondermenu is intended for legitimate food businesses. You may not use Wondermenu to:

• Misrepresent your business or impersonate another business.
• Spam or send unsolicited communications.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform.
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose.

6. Usernames

Usernames are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. We reserve the right to reclaim or reassign usernames that are inactive, misleading, or in violation of these terms.

7. Service availability

We aim to keep Wondermenu available at all times but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend or discontinue the service at any time with reasonable notice where possible.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without prior notice depending on the severity of the violation.

9. Limitation of liability

Wondermenu is provided "as is". We are not liable for any loss of business, revenue, or data arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Wondermenu after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
