We collect information you give us directly when you use Wondermenu:

• Account information — your email address and password when you sign up.
• Business profile — your business name, username, tagline, description, address, phone number, and social media handles that you choose to add.
• Menu content — the menus, sections, and items you create on the platform.
• Images — logos, cover photos, and food photos you upload.

We do not collect payment information directly. We do not track your customers or visitors beyond standard server logs.

3. How we use your information

• To create and maintain your account and public page.
• To display your menu and business information to visitors of your public page.
• To send you important service emails (e.g. password reset).
• To improve and maintain the platform.

We do not sell your data to third parties.

4. Third-party services

Wondermenu is built on the following trusted third-party services which may process your data:

• Supabase — database, authentication, and file storage.
• Vercel — website hosting and delivery.

Each of these services has their own privacy policy.

5. Public information

Your business name, username, menu, and any profile information you add is publicly visible to anyone who visits your Wondermenu page. Only share information you are comfortable making public.

6. Data retention

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your data will be permanently removed from our systems within 30 days.

7. Your rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Correct inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your account and all associated data.
